Update for the rv-8?

I used to own a RV-8A. Is there going to be a "A" version available from you? I hear on some other forums that there is a rumored update in the works for this plane. Is this true? I do not fly any more and when I saw your plane available I was going to buy it. But I heard the V-speeds and roll rate are not accurate. I will plop down the money if these are going fixed in a update?

Hi Beechcraft8699, I have flown the RV-7 a fair bit in real life, and I find this RV-8 isn't bad at all. The roll rate and takeoff performance isn't too far off for my taste.

Hello, We are currently working on a fix/update for the RV-8 that will be coming soon. It will fix a variety of issues including but not limited to the aircraft performance. For the moment, the "A" variant does not have a scheduled release date, however it is planned as a free update to the existing version. Regards, Terrainy Studios

Still waiting on this update. Performance is low. There is no way to hit the speeds quoted. I'm looking forward to the A version. Any chance to get a Constant speed prop. It's the only way to really get the most out of this aircraft. Shame not to have a constant prop version.
